My favorite CrossFit gym. I believe it’s one of the original 100 CrossFit gyms. They really know what they’re doing here. Love the programming. Instructors aren’t afraid to coach you and tell you if you need to change your form because you’re about to get hurt!
Awesome gym! Very welcoming, everyone said hi and really invited us into their space. Great shirt selection as well. Definitely stop in for a workout.
