Lisa, a truly one-of-a-kind person. Every time I have the opportunity to work with her, my appreciation only grows. Lisa is wise and intuitive. She helped me immensely on my very first visit with calming the nervous system and getting much improved sleep postpartum. She is an essential part of my overall health care now. Sessions are deep, educational, and you leave more connected to self and Source.

Lisa is the only yoga instructor I know who does vini-yoga in Charlotte. I am 62, have practiced yoga off and on since I was 12, have 500 hours of certification and taught for a few years. I have a very stressful job and Lisa’s yoga classes are soothing and quiet my brain. I would refer to her yoga classes as active restorative. Love them!
