Great box with great people! Treated us like family
Fantastic place to Train and Hangout, Owners are great to work with, The facility has everything you need from a beginner to an experienced athlete pushing hard in the sport of fitness. I've been with CFC for 3mths after moving from AZ, and i'm hooked on the place. (owned a gym and visited gyms all around the world, So i've got an idea of whats good and whats not) This place is great.
I've been a member here for several years. CFC has a very welcoming and fun atmosphere. We are a family! We laugh, we play, we love dogs and in our spare time we change lives by making people healthier and stronger than they were yesterday! Oh and we're the ORIGINAL CrossFit Gym in the 704... often imitated, never duplicated. Come join us!

I recently moved from Charlotte to Portland and I miss this box SO MUCH. Wish I could find one just like it in Oregon. Great people and WODs that kick your ass.
