I started going to CFC in September. I was looking for a way to get out of the house, move my body, and be around community. After many years of working from home, and trying to push myself to workout in the basement, I realized that I needed something more. Social anxiety was also a big barrier! I wish I could give this gym 10 stars. I have been a CFC member for nearly two years — it has been truly life changing. The community is fantastic — good people, no judgment, and support for all fitness levels, body types and goals. The programming is unique and varied, and allows you to challenge yourself to the level you’re seeking — and includes group fitness, endurance, strength and conditioning, lifting, CrossFit style and more.
