I wish I could give this gym 10 stars. I have been a CFC member for nearly two years — it has been truly life changing. The community is fantastic — good people, no judgment, and support for all fitness levels, body types and goals. This gym provides a safe, fun, and welcoming environment to all fitness levels! Being a part of this gym has pushed me to reach new limits and gain life long friends!

I don't have a history of being an "athlete" by any stretch of the imagination. Just a 38 yr old dad who wants to feel good, and if I chip away at the "dad-bod" in the process, even better. When my wife and I joined CFC back in May of 2022, we immediately felt like "these are our people". The staff actually care, the members are welcoming.
