We are a Crossfit gym with 8 class times a day, open gym daily, 24 hour access, personal training, Olympic Lifting Club, Showers and much more. We strive to set ourselves apart from the stereotypical Crossfit gym, we focus on building a foundation in strength and cardiovascular health, nutrition, and body awareness. Our programs are geared to accommodate everyone from the most beginner of athletes to those looking to compete. Come in and take a look around!

Supportive coaches. You can choose to sign up for open gym or group fitness whether u wanna workout alone or in a group. There r other options too. Everyone is friendly an supportive.
Donovan Flores, as the head coach, constantly devises new ways to smoke us every day. And he jokes with us the whole time. Josh, the owner, focuses on correct form to keep us injury free for the long run. Over all 5/5, would recommend. Come for the workouts, stay for the workouts and D telling his lil jokes! Kid friendly and dog friendly (as long as the kids and dogs are friendly)

I'd give this gym higher than a 5 star review if it were possible! This gym is beyond what I expected! It has helped me build myself back up and has been the best part of my day!
