I honestly love this gym. The coaches really care and take the time to help you get better, not just physically but mentally too. They’re always encouraging and make sure you’re doing things the right way. What stands out the most is how welcoming it is. The community at CrossFit Buckhead immediately made me feel welcome - coaches and members went out of their way to introduce themselves and make it easy to jump in. The atmosphere is upbeat and genuinely fun, but still focused when necessary. Coaching is clear, attentive, and appropriately challenging, making it easy to get a good workout in without feeling lost or overwhelmed. Highly recommend.

All the trainers at CrossFit Buckhead are amazing and attentive to every detail of your movement, treating everyone equally. Patrick, in particular, is very experienced and quickly offers helpful insights to improve your skills, as he did with my Snatch and RMU. I really appreciate y’all.
