This is a great place to go if you're nervous about new gyms. Very welcoming staff, facility is nice with tons of equipment, and the workout can be as hard or easy as you want it to be
I recently joined CrossFit Bolster, and it’s been more than just a place to work out. The coaching team is incredible, and what stands out most is their holistic approach to health—covering everything from nutrition to recovery. I especially love having access to the sauna. The community is open-minded, supportive, and always evolving, which makes it a great environment to grow both physically and mentally.
This is a once in a lifetime type gym that I'm lucky to have found. I've moved further away and now drive past probably a dozen gyms to get here because it is that good. Coaches that care deeply about their people and a community of real friends.
