I joined their gym for a week while I was on vacation to keep up with my routine. They immediately treated me like family and the workouts were instructional as well as excellent! I enjoyed all of the trainers. I will definitely be back next summer!!!
Yup, it’s called the Boiler Room for a reason. You will feel the burn! 🔥 It’s the perfect place if you’re new to working out, haven’t worked out in a while, or simply enjoy being around a group of friendly people. I took my first class this week, and it was awesome! Brian is very attentive and makes sure everyone is pacing themselves properly and performing each workout correctly, which is exactly what I need. I’m new to CrossFit, and I couldn’t have asked for a better first-time experience!

I wasn't sure if I should write this review, but since I started at CFBR as a regular member and became a coach there. I feel like i've seen both sides. This place is unlike any other gym I've ever been a member of. I've made lifelong friends here! and they've been a part of my life through the ups and downs. This place has helped me become the healthiest version of my self even when i've struggled with other things in my life. I can't recommend this enough, and hope to see more people in the 5am class!
Highly Recommended! This is an amazing CrossFit gym with a great group of people. They are incredibly welcoming to new members and make you feel like part of the community from day one. If you live in the West Georgia area, you should definitely check them out!
