I walked into CrossFit Boiler Room in 2019, but didn't join. I walked back in 5 years later and Coach Jasmine remembered me and even had my wife's number still stored in her phone. Coach Stephen became a coach and an instant friend. Boiler Room has a family feel, but a healthy competitive atmosphere. This is the most fun I have ever had working out. No matter how hard the workout seemed, the coaches and other members was always encouraging. If you could not do the exact workout there was plenty of options to help get your workout in. I highly recommend coming here for a fun high energy workout

CrossFit Boiler Room is not the environment you would expect in a gym. I felt an immediate sense of family from the first workout. I’m an extremely reserved guy, but everyone in the gym made me feel like I had known them my whole life. Stephen, Jasmine, and the entire coaching staff took great time and care to get to know me, my abilities, and my goals. Awesome place. Genuine people. They will focus on improving your weakness. But most of all they treat you like family
