My 13 year old son has been attending the teen program at this gym for the past year, and the transformation has been incredible. He’s gained so much confidence and strength. 28 weeks in and I highly recommend CFBB! The trial classes were a great way for me to see how classes are run and what the gym is like. I've been hooked ever since!
I just finished my trial class at CrossFit EB and had a fantastic time! Coach Barrhett was so helpful and encouraging, making sure I understood all the movements and offering modifications since I'm a beginner. The community vibe is awesome, and everyone was super friendly. I highly recommend trying them out if you're looking for a great place to start your fitness journey in the NJ area!
BEST crossfit Gym, community and coaches in the area. I'm a relatively a new member and I felt always welcomed. The coaches are prepared and real motivators. Do not hesitate to come here!
