I was intimidated by CrossFit at first since I’ve never been athletic, but this gym is so welcoming and beginner-friendly. The coaches and community are supportive, and I actually look forward to workouts now. After 3 months, I can honestly say it’s changed my relationship with exercise! Did a drop in, which was easy to schedule through Wodify. Coach was welcoming and did a great job with the class. Will be back next time I’m in town.
CrossFit Barbending is an excellent gym with knowledgeable and encouraging coaches who truly care about helping every member improve. The facility is always clean, organized, and well maintained. What really makes this place special is the supportive community—everyone is welcoming, motivating, and willing to cheer each other on. Whether you’re new to CrossFit or an experienced athlete, this is a great place to train and reach your fitness goals. Highly recommended!
28 weeks in and I highly recommend CFBB! The trial classes were a great way for me to see how classes are run and what the gym is like. I've been hooked ever since!
