The workout was awesome too, well explained and thorough warmup, appreciate the coaching! They are doing a great job teaching their youth program, it was fun to watch.

Well......the owners and coaches are phenominal at teaching the RIGHT WAY to train. The members are caring people who support and encourage you through anything (inside & outside CFA), the feeling of home when you walk in the door, the many smiles and hellos you get when doing so, and just plain ol' fun, hard work baby. I'm proud to call this place my home and the people here my friends.
