I am starting out fresh after having a baby and a terrible pregnancy where I was basically immobile for 9 months. I've enjoyed training here with my sister (Sarah) when I'm away from my home gym in the Summer. It is a warm and welcoming environment.
I joined CrossFit in Newmarket for classes to improve my stamina since my endurance is weak when it comes to running long distances. After coming to a few session my body feels lighter and I feel my endurance improved a bit when it comes to running or biking. I am very thankful and will continue to come to CrossFit. Much appreciated.
