Very friendly and knowledgeable coaching staff!
Had a great time dropping in this past Saturday! Kayla was a rockstar coach and was super friendly and knowledgeable. The gym was big and open. We would definitely drop in again!
I never thought that I would be someone who goes to CrossFit and when it was recommended to me, I had a lot of hesitation. So, I started personal training with Jenn who is extremely knowledgeable and prepared me for classes in a way that accommodated my abilities and physical limitations.
