Both my kids train at the CrossFit Artistry facility. The trainers and training instruction is first class in my opinion. My kids love it and I know they are both getting more flexible and stronger. I would highly recommend CrossFit Artistry.
Love the community atmosphere. The programming keeps me on my toes and coming back for more. The coaches and athletes are always supportive and encouraging. I've learned that CrossFit never really gets easier, you just get stronger and learn how to be more efficient! This box has become my family, seeing everyone day in and day out working hard to achieve their goals is very inspiring as well as motivating. I would definitely recommend coming in to check it out and give it a try. Come in and get after your fitness goals!
