I dropped in here while I was in the area on business for a week. It was an excellent experience. The coaches are very thorough and knowledgeable. Everyone was so welcoming I hardly felt like I had left home. I happen to drop in during one of the Open workouts and everyone treated me just like I belonged no matter what my skill level was. I highly recommend if you're in the area I'm looking for a CrossFit gym this is the place to be. It also seemed to be a Great community if you're looking for a Jim to join.

I dropped in here while on a family vacation to Disneyland. Both the coaches and the members were friendly and welcoming! Coach Dave was very helpful and provided actionable guidance on some of the gymnastics movements. I definitely recommend dropping in here!
