Couldn't be happier with my decision to join amplify!!! The people are amazing and the programming had me PR my clean and jerk my second week there. My gymnastics have improved BIG TIME, and I'm always motivated to go to class
Crossfit Amplify has changed my entire view on training and becoming a better athlete. I WaS the biggest crossfit smack talker- for years- I thought that I was already strong and fast and that crossfit was too injury prone. Since joining Amplify- I have gained so much knowledge, technique, and improvement in few short months that far out weighs any other box, gym, or facility I have been to ( and I have been a member of ALOT of gyms). Crossfit Amplify welcomed me in as if I was an old friend, even though I was just passing through on business travel. Thank you for two awesome workouts with great coaching and encouragement from everyone! Seriously some of the nicest people ever! Wish I was local because I would love to make CFA my home gym!
