Great gym, great people, great vibe, there is something for everyone here!
Dropped in the past few days while in town for business and I can't say enough about this gym. Amazing coaches, great people, and fun programming. Made me feel right at home. Can't wait to come back!
I’ve tried out several Xfit gyms in the area and Amplify has the best coaching and state of the art facility by far! They have the most equipment I’ve ever seen and the gym is very well kept. They also have a few female coaches which is not very common in the area as well! Check it out!
I strongly recommend not getting caught up in the hype and evaluating your life priorities before considering this facility; and probably crossfit in general. When you go to a facility with an instructor, you would think they have your best interest and safety in mind; this is even more important in the Crossfit culture where the expectation is you just do what you are told and push yourself to the limit, and beyond.
