Saturday partner WOD with CrossFit Ampersand🏃🏻♀️ thanks to the CF Ampersand team and Coach Taylor for making it easy to show up and work out! The place is easy to find; if you don’t see a spot out front, there is more parking in the back. This WOD had a lot of running and their 400m was a great loop on a sidewalk and behind the building. . AMRAP 26 . 40 T2B split however . 400m partner run . 200ft farmers carry 35# Dubs . 400m run
I really appreciate the care and effort Jeff and Harmony put into the gym every day. The facility is always spotless, the workouts are both challenging and fun, and the coaching staff is outstanding. The smaller class sizes allow for personalized attention, ensuring proper form and tailored scaling for each member. I also love the sense of camaraderie that Jeff and Harmony foster, which is further strengthened by the amazing members. Coming to the gym has truly become one of the highlights of my day.
I love CrossFit Ampersand. I have been going for a year now and look forward to the workouts and the seeing my 6 am folks.
