My 13 year old son really enjoys these workouts, he has not only built strength and endurance, but self confidence as well.
Working out here is about more than just physical exercise. It's about community and pushing yourself mentally. I tell myself "I'll get through this workout" and each time I feel both mentally and physically better for doing so. I love this place!
Dropped in for 17.1 and was welcomed with open arms. Great space, great community and everyone in the building gives their all. Also super cool Kids CrossFit area with a sweet mini rig.
Favorite drop-in box when I am in town! I always feel so welcomed and a part of the community!
Crossfit ABV is amazing! I've been coming to this box for almost 2 years now and I can't believe how strong I've become. I love all the coaches. Not only are they knowledgeable but also care about your personal improvement. I also love everyone I workout with. We are all here to support one another.
