I started Crossfit here two years ago and I couldn’t be happier with the support that this box has. I feel like It has a family like atmosphere as well as fabulous trainers who are very well educated in the sport.

This is an awesome box, whether you are a regular member or dropping in from out of town. It's always clean, the equipment is top notch, and you won't find higher quality coaching anywhere else. They also offer something for everyone: bootcamp, crossfit kids, crossfit teens, "regular" crossfit, personal training, etc. And did I mention the owners attached a brewery to it?? Enough said :)
The reason why I love this gym..... the coaches. I was so intimidated to try crossfit since I didn’t know the moves. I was coming up with excuses to not go, but my husband changed my mind and I’m glad he did! I’ve learned so much over the last couple months and I’m so happy with the progress and results! I learn something new each class as the coaches are always there to help with questions and help with form!! LOVE Crossfit ABV!
The coaches are great and are always there to support you in achieving your goals. The facility is awesome and so clean. And the ABV community is a tight-knit group that help each other to continually improve.
