Fantastic people great atmosphere semi private not as busy as a commercial gym great personal trainers, overall a welcoming place
Had to update my Google review cause I'm a big Google reviewer. Since my last review there is less fitness but more strength. Strength in community, strength in performance (little strength in smell but that was probably just me). Definitely might come back 4 or 5 more times a week until I can't.
