Awesomely, great community. Great facility and the coaches are encouraging and overall fun to be around.
I'm very impressed with this place..coach Mark was amazing. From just one visit I can tell that he really cares about helping you get the best workout possible.
Always hesitated to try a Crossfit gym, so many perceptions of the people and the workout, all wrong at this spot. Down to earth people, no one is walking around flexing or acting like a douche, good work out and super nice members/staff. Signing up when my free week is over for sure!
Everyone here is super friendly and makes you feel welcome!!! I have met so many great people in the few months I have been going here and the coaches really work with you. This gym really turned Crossfit into a lifestyle for me and I can't wait to go to each class! Not to mention the yoga, kettle, nutrition and one in one classes!! Full package for sure!
