I showed up to this gym 7 years ago without having worked out all 4 years of college. I considered myself ‘athletic’ as I had done competitive gymnastics when I was younger and ran track in high school. I was so out of shape. My boyfriend at the time tried it out and came home and showed me a handstand walk. I told him I could do it- did one- couldn’t raise my arms the next day. I joined, I was hooked.
