RecommendedI came to see if I was able to do CrossFit. To be honest, I was intimidated by the idea. My fears were dropped immediately. The atmosphere is excellent and the people are wonderful. The team keeps working with me, challenging me, and I'm consistently getting better.

This is the absolute best atmosphere! My favorite part of my day is when I get to come to CrossFit 70. The coaches and fellow members are the BEST group of people. You will immediately feel welcomed and even when your muscles are screaming you will be eager for your next WOD. 💪🏻

I've dropped in a couple of times, and have felt welcome everytime! Great people and programming.
I have the punch card for the Burn classes but I am loving the class! I've had three different instructors and I have learned so much from each of them. The class definitely kicks my butt and that is exactly why I signed up for them. I love that they are great about explaining each exercise before we start so I know what I am doing and they also keep a close eye on my form to make sure I am doing each exercise safely. CrossFit was always intimidating to me and then they sucked me in with their social media page and I gave it a try and I cannot say enough great things about this gym, the coaches and the other members. I am still a newbie and my moves resemble a Pinterest "fail" but I am confident I will get there with the awesome coaching from the staff and my determination. Another huge factor in my decision is the class times including weekends, that is HUGE!
