Christian was great and very welcoming. I very much enjoy dropping in here and would definitely do it again if I was in the area.
Great programming, very clean and well equipped box. The coach and the class were very motivating!
There are a LOT of Crossfit gyms in Tucson. I dropped in here and they were very responsive and welcoming. We ran through a good warm up, and sections for the day that were challenging and fit together into a thought-out program. The coach was experienced, and they seemed to have a decent group of experienced athletes. Certainly, a good place to drop in, if you are in Tucson.
We dropped in here for a week while visiting Tucson. It was great! Everyone was friendly and great workouts. Coach Maya and Christian are stellar!
I have had the pleasure of learning cross fit for almost 1 year at Cross fit 646. As I knew nothing about cross fit before I tried it, I was considering a different way to work out rather than the countless hours on the treadmill. If you are looking into cross fit , I highly recommend cross fit 646. Their instructors take the time to show you the correct form. You can modify exercises and go at your own speed if needed.
