CrossFit 377 is amazing. It’s an incredible team, led by Rocco, and has an incredibly supportive community. Regardless of fitness level and/or goals, CrossFit 377 delivers. It’s for everybody, and based on Rocco and the team’s experience it quickly becomes personalized. This ensures I am challenged and motivated in the best way possible.
