Very friendly staff, very professional couches, workouts are hard and challenging, everyone is very respectful and caring, we are like a big family, I feel like home and I’m getting the best version of my self.

Stopped by for a Sunday morning 9am drop-in as I have at many others, nobody showed up by 5 till so I called another box nearby and went there (had great experience, Live free up the road). As an owner myself was very disappointed, they have a 9am listed on the website. I know standards vary location to location and am not sure if they didn't actually have that class or if Coach didn't show, either way. This team is amazing. Whether your looking for group classes, personal training, or assistance with nutrition; CrossFit 305/A1A is a one stop shop. Highly recommended.

My husband and I dropped in while on vacation in Miami and had the best experience. The coaches are super-friendly and very knowledgeable and the members were warm and welcoming to us. It truly felt like we were at home here and we were sad to leave. Definitely check our CrossFit A1A and 305 if you are visiting or live in Miami, you won’t regret it!
