This CrossFit gym is second to none. Walking into the gym you're immediately in an atmosphere of positivity and encouragement. All of the coaches are exceptional and will help you get in the best shape of your life. Whether you're a Crossfit veteran or a complete beginner, you'll have a blast at CrossFit Frostbite!
Talk about community, respect, and overall genuine people! Crossfit Frostbite is more than just a crossfit gym, it is a second family. This gym not only pushes you to reach your goals but it also supports you along the way no matter what fitness level you are at! I recommend this place to any and everyone that I come into contact with that are looking for a lifestyle change!
You couldn't ask for better trainers, owners, and fellow gym rats. I literally look forward to going not just for the sweat and sore muscles but for the people and atmosphere. I tried out 4 gyms before this, I was easily hooked day one. Plan on being her for quite awhile. Charlie, Rachel, Ellie, Anne....they the best
CrossFit Frostbite is just a place you have to experience. It’s more than a gym. It’s a community. I spend more time in that place than I do at home. I’ve been a member since I moved to MI in 2016. Charlie and his wife Rachel have built a great community. Charlie is as meticulous as they come with his programming, coaching, and planning of related gym events. He puts 150% in everything he does and expects the same from his athletes. Come see for yourself 🏋🏼♀️
Absolutely love this gym! Been to a couple other boxes around the area, but none had the community Frostbite does. Charlie, Rachel, Ellie, Anne, definitely great coaches to train with! If you wanna get badass workouts with great people, go to Crossfit Frostbite!
