This is one of the best gyms I’ve ever been apart of. It’s a family run business and it’s all about the families. The trainer actually held one of the members kids while we all worked out. He did not miss a beat watching everyone’s form and assisting. Everyone has been super nice and welcoming
CrossFit 10-99 is a very welcoming gym regardless of your fitness level. They will push you to be your best with excellent coaching and the best community. They also have a great Physical Therapist and Personal Trainer on site!
Hands down the best CrossFit gym we have been to in town. The owners are kind, trustworthy, and truly care about their athletes. Their coaches are very detailed and provide specific warmups that are targeted to injury prevention. The membership is affordable and their community is very welcoming to athletes of all fitness levels.
I have been a member of CrossFit 10-99 since 2022, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! I love the gym, the people and the community. Everyone is super welcoming, and the coaches are always there to guide and help.
