Crosscut Pizza has a delicious Pumpkin Pie Pizza with bacon and a lamb prosciutto charcuterie that will change your life! Worth the short trip if you're ever visiting Boulder! ... or live in Boulder, for that matter, but still haven't tried it!
The "Mario" pizza was phenomenal! If you are in the Boulder area you should definitely make the beautiful drive up into the mountains to check this place out!

Quality brews, pizza and top customer service. We especially appreciated the dog friendly patio. Took a chance on the Pumpkin PIzza Pie and it was outstanding.
My husband and I love Crosscut and now we make a it point to come in whenever we're in CO. The food is so, so good... those pizzas! Everything they make is delicious. We came just after the Nederland fire and saw the whole community gather here to eat good food, drink good beer, and thank all the firefighters. It is truly a special spot that everyone loves; a great place to take friends. Also, Jessie and Seth are THE BEST!
I've had pizza around the globe.... Italy �, NYC, Chicago. Crosscut beats � them all. So much so that I don't eat pizza anywhere else, ever.
