Last night we enjoyed the Crosscut experience. The atmosphere is filled with peace, laughter home away from home. Our server/bartender Jay was knowledgeable, friendly, efficient but most of all he was kind. The owner made a point to introduce himself and make us feel welcomed. Really good and they were accommodating of all options
Best pizza around up here in Gilpin County! My daughter loved it and that says a lot. She is super picky eater. We will definitely be back soon.
After a day of skiing at Eldora it sure is nice to have an artisan pizza and quality beer in the wonderful town of Nederland. Crosscut pizza is top notch starting with flavorful fermented crust and generous, quality sauces and toppings. Yum. And with a beer menu that complements the pizzas. Excellent!

We do have a parking deal with Centennial Bank close by! You can park there outside of their normal business hours, which are when we are busy and parking is limited.
Stopped in on a whim when we discovered the wait to get into Eldora was over an hour. The wait was fortuitous as it allowed us to discover this little gem of a restaurant! Most delicious pizza we've had in a long time, excellent beer selection, and friendly service...will definitely be going back!
As my husband posted yesterday, this is the BEST pizza we've had since moving to Colorado a year ago. The crust is perfect: not too thin, not too thick, not to crisp, not too soft. And, the perfect balance of ingredients - nothing overpowered each other. We will make a special trip here just for pizza! And, the winter salad was great, too.
