Team Doyle/Hulsey at Cross Country Mortgage has been awful. I represent Sellers on a closing. We have been under contract for 44 days and still cannot close on a Conventional loan. They do not respond to emails/phone calls or communicate in a timely manner. When they finally do respond, it's that we are not closing on Friday - no explanation whatsoever! I do not recommend this company.
Loved the way they get you through underwriting prior to the offer stage to give you the best offer other than pure cash. We bought our home last summer and Matt and team were a pleasure to work throughout the process. Matt interrupted dinner with his family to figure out if we could waive a contingency on sale when we got to the offer stage and wanted to submit it ASAP. That’s dedication to his clients.

Matt Doyle goes over and above my clients expectations. He got a CTC ( clear to close) 1 month early on a $1.3 million dollar purchase. Who does that? Matt does!! In this world of computers and impersonal- Matt finds it important to sit down one-on-one with his clients to form that personal relationship. He can do those "hard buyer loans or the simple ones" and save your buyers money!! Great person to work with because I can always count on Matt!
