We were referred to Jacob by a family friend, to refinance my parents home. This was post pandemic 2022, my parents had a temporary forbearance (3 months during the pandemic) in 2020. Well his associate Roman, explained that in order for my parents to refinance, they would have to pay back the amount they owe from last years forbearance and make three payments afterwards. Horrible, terrible, awful experienced. Loan officer name Jacob Lowery NMLS 1023801, Branch NMLS 1992701, Company NMLS 3029 is a crook and also one of the worst person to ever deal with, He was referred by Samantha Leach. I mean the last name obviously speaks for itself.
