They were chosen for delivery by the company that I ordered a large item from to deliver to our home. I scheduled the delivery as we needed to be home to accept the delivery. Day came, and they never showed up. Called and spoke to an extremely nice lady at dispatch, and she contacted them here in Sioux Falls. The excuse was that the guy scheduled to deliver just didn't want to do deliveries that day. Horrible customer service. Avoid at all costs
Deliveries - piece of cake, no problem. Picking up - HORRIBLE. Every time they come to my work to pick up a pallet, the driver NEVER has any idea or any information on what he's picking up, he just walks in and says "I'm here to pick up something" Well what is it??? I have 3 different ones, which one?? This communication problem has gotten so bad that last week I sent the wrong pallet to the wrong place.
