Worked with Geoff and David to purchased new KLX 140 G Dirtbike. Without hesitation they pointed me towards a four stroke, mid ranged KLX and away from the two stroke. Very glad for their insights. All in a great deal including credits and store credits for gear. Even delivered to home, a huge plus without a carrier. Very good review of basic use and maintenance including likely area to retighten after use. Very satisfied and on the trails.

Went to a lot of different places to look at bikes and none could even compare to crossbay, salesman Jeff hooked me up with the exact bike I wanted, couldn't have been easier. Parts department was great with fitting me for gear and getting me everything I needed. Everyone at crossbay is very professional, helpful and really nice. It's a little far from me but it's worth the drive to be treated well and be taken care of, will definitely be a customer there for life.

I had my jet ski winterized by Crossbay in Bayshore in the fall of 2017. Stored it in my garage, when I Went to start it up in spring and it did not start, I took it to a jet ski mechanic and he said it was NOT winterized properly and the engine froze up because of water inside engine and on spark plugs. So now it's useless, junk.... THANK YOU VERY MUCH CROSSBAY!!
I must say that the guys at Crossbay are absolutely amazing. Mac and Jeff both handled the sale of my 2018 Yamaha Star Venture Transcontinental which is the second Mototorcycle I purchased from them. I have to say that their service department gets a thumbs up as well as they serviced my last Mototorcycle for over 80,000 miles and no that’s not a typo
