I purchased a Cross Trailer from Kates Kars in Arthur, IL a little over a year ago. The powder coating cracked, peeled and did not stick to the frame which is now near completely covered with rust. I was originally told that Cross Trailers wouldn't stand behind it but that I could go to the local hardware store to buy paint to paint it myself. I give Cross full recommendation! It is a great trailer. I had one problem with the trailer. Cross stepped up worked with me to get the problem corrected. They took care of the bill and treated me great. I wouldn’t buy any other brand of an enclosed trailer but a Cross!
We rent out trailers. Eight of them are enclosed cargo trailers. Needless to say we are switching all our units over to Cross Trailers. We've had other brands but Cross beats them all. We may sell and service trailers but renting them out gives us the real-world data of what's good and what isn't. Thanks for building quality!

Great PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH and AWESOME TRAILER! WILL BE IN THE MARKET TO BUY ANOTHER AND IT WILL BE A CROSS TRAILER.
4 year old trailer and the frame has cracks at every cross support across the bottom of the trailer. Have tons of pictures to share.
