This company installed our roof in 2008 jump ahead to 2020 and sudduenly we have a leak.. I called cross timber roofing and was informed they purched the company 2011 (assest only) and all warranty that was promised prior to 2011 is null and void...no mater what was promissed. (BUYER BEWARE) ALSO Cross Timbers Wants 199.00 to inspect the problem then told me I am responsible for chasing down my material compensation from the mfg..Guess we all need to be sub-contractors!

Lack of communication is a significant problem with this company. Tyler came out to my house and it took 2 phone calls over the course of 6 days to finally receive the quote. I was ready to sign the contract, but had a few questions first. I replied back to Tyler via email stating I would like to proceed pending a few questions and have yet to receive any acknowledgement or answers to my email - that was 4 weeks ago. A sale was lost due to lack of customer service.
