PA for affordable housing, not much was being offered and other options were either way too expensive(for similar or subpar quality), required having roommates or provided very little space. I lived at Cross Street apartments for almost exactly one year. I would still be there if it were not due to a job transfer. Brody, the property manager, is one of the nicest guys I've ever had to deal with. He was always willing to help out and if I ever had an issue it was taken care of immediately. The property itself is surprisingly quiet for being known as a college dorm. It seems like there are more then just college kids living there now. I am currently a resident at Cross Street apartments and absolutely love it here! Brody, the property manager, is extremely helpful when you ask him questions and is also very easy to get ahold of when needed. I'm looking forward to the rest of my time here!!
Just moved into our 3 bedroom apartment & we love it! Nice private location & it's great that utilities are included!
Just signed my 12 month lease! Mark was excellent and explained everything with detail and answered all my questions. Can't wait to move in in July!
I was a tenant for one year! The landlord goes above and beyond to maintain the facility to make sure it is safe, secure, and clean. As a college student, I've lived where other landlords do not return your deposit. The landlord returned my deposit in a timely manner. I highly recommend the cross street apartments! Great living experience!
