Crossroads is the only place I go nowadays. Everyone in there is great. Takes time to help you and explains things if needed. Great place to do business with!
Yes my experience at Crossroads has been Excellent! All employees friendly and professional! I have been in the store twice , and each time I’ve got assistance above and beyond! First I wanted a Saddle Laser for my M590 they did not have it but the young man instructed me on part number and where I might locate it . Today I am new to reloading and once again I was assisted with Great professionalism . I will be back Thank You Randy
Do not recommend this store, they offered me $100 for my gun to trade in on another gun they had for sale. They are selling the same model of gun as mine at their store for $300 used. My gun was in excellent used condition. Offering a customer less than 35% of the true value of their gun to try to almost triple their money and maximize profits is morally and ethically wrong in every way possible.
