We have been customers of cross propane for over 10 years now and have never had a problem with them. Now with the new ownership its been a tough patch trying to get our 500 lb. tank filled. But to finish things off We get yelled at by a rep because one of THEIR employees forgot to create an order when we called for a refill and apparently it is expecting to much and asking for miracles! Office staff are very rude. I would not recommend working with this company. Quoted prices are later added to with fees and other surcharges not mentioned in quotation. Bottom line: I took my business elsewhere because of the rudeness of the ladies in the office.
