Yesterday we had to send our beloved Ginger to heaven. She was a loving,smart and gentle dog. It was by far the hardest thing we’ve had to do. I want to give my heartfelt thanks to Dr. Barnett and especially Shannon, who comforted me and made the process a little easier. They both are compassionate individuals who understand the grief we go through during these hard times. Saying thank you just seems inadequate.

I volunteered to foster a rescue animal. For the first visit, I used the rescue’s vet of choice. However, once I found out their vet would not be able to spay my sweet girl due to her size, I immediately knew where I wanted to go. She had never been to Cross Point until the day she was going in for the spay. I had no worries because I knew the staff would take good care of her, and they sure did!
