Even thou we are just traveling thru they got us in right away and took great care of our little one. The Appointment went great, they were very gentle and kind. Everyone was very helpful and they even accommodated an additional vaccination I had not scheduled.

5 Stars from the Griffith’s for the whole team at Cross Point! They’ve helped every single one of our pets at one point or another over the years! From routine visits, to major medical issues, they are passionate, attentive and willing to listen when we as owners have a concern! They care for my 10 pound cat just as much as they do my 1,000 pound horses! I can’t say enough good things about the team Dr. Cox has assembled! Top notch!
The staff is friendly and helpful! They always make a point to make the pets and owners comfortable and always answer my questions in detail. They show that they truly care about animals in the way that they handle them. I wouldn't trust anyone else to handle the health and care of my hairy children. 💚
Thank you Cross Point Veterinary Clinic for maybe contributing to the death of my 3 year old dog. I called in at 11:53 am on 2/8/19 and informed you all that my dog was having seizures. I mentioned I was 10 minutes away and was told I had to wait till a 1:40 appointment because you were having a staff meeting and told to take him to Corpus. I drove 45 minutes with him having seizures and soon died. I was told if would have gotten him there faster maybe he would have survived. .....and you were his primary veterinarian. Dr. Cox and staff are awesome! Our cat had a worrisome problem and we were seen quickly. Everyone in the office was very nice and took great care of us. It's hard to know who you can trust with your pets, but they have won me over! I highly recommend Cross Point Veterinary Clinic!
