Annual cleaning coincided with tooth pain. Hygienist was very professional and Dr. was able to alleviate pain and explain necessary course of action. Above and beyond what previous dental offices have done.
Once again, Stephanie did a fantastic job cleaning my teeth. She's professional and makes the bi yearly visit a pleasure to have her work on my teeth.

I was promptly seen and my experience was good. My car battery was dead when I left the office. The woman at the desk charged my phone and went out of the office to speak with the AAA serviceman when I was in the ladies' room.
I had the best experience with Stephanie Hebb at Cross Point Family Dental. My oral health has improved dramatically since seeing my new hygienist Stephanie every 6 months. This most recent visit she discovered an issue that needed to be addressed. She then recommended an oral surgeon (Dr. Urban) to address the issue and was very accomodating scheduling my follow up appointment with the surgeon in the next 4 weeks. Vicky is great at what she does. She is very friendly and gentle. She is very professional and does a great job. I always ask for her for all my cleanings.
The people at Cross Point Family Dental are always Pleasant and Professional. They are very responsive in an emergency and I highly recommend their service to anyone.
