From the moment I walked into Cross Point Family Dental I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The receptionist was so welcoming and very patient with my questions and the Dental hygienist could not have been any sweeter. I felt very comfortable in her experienced hands. She explained everything she was doing and made me feel at ease. I went in for my first appointment and I had dental anxiety upon my arrival. I was immediately calmed when I started working with Stephanie she was amazing, she made me feel very comfortable and explained everything every step of the way. Dr. Peysakhov was very nice and he made me feel confident that he could fix my smile. Overall great experience and I am looking forward to getting my work done there.
I have a serious phobia of needles, doctors and dentists. When I had to get a cavity feeling this week, I almost didn't go because I was so anxious. When I did go, I cried and was freaking out. Dr. Eduard and his team were so kind and patient!!! Dr. Eduard was so sweet to me and even had me laughing during my filling. Crosspoint Family Dental excels in patient service. Dr. Peysakhov has excellent chair side mannerisms and explains things very well and in detail. The staff is very pleasant and accommodating. They offer an inhouse dental insurance plan that is a very good value. The overall atmosphere of the office makes going to the dentist pleasant.
Staff was very thorough and professional. Also did a thorough review of my other health issues and concerns to ensure there were no conflicts
Experienced an extremely sore jaw caused by a tooth with an en-flamed nerve. Set up same day appointment for that evening with Dr. Peysakhov who performed a partial root canal to relieve the pain. Quickly got me a referral and appointment within 48 hours with the root canal procedure being completed. As usual, the Team at Cross Point makes the patient's issues personal and always responds in an outstanding manner. Never disappointed with the Cross Point Dental Team.
Thanks for making what can sometimes feel like a chore not so bad. Your personal attention is what makes my visit so nice...in addition to caring for the health of my teeth.
