If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Not only do they have a non-functional gate that takes your code, so you're locked out after 8:30PM, we were assured our items would be safe in their facility. We've rented a unit for almost two years. We noticed a year ago the lock on our unit was missing, so we made sure our items were still there and everything at that time was accounted for which they were and we replaced the lock. They're great. Best prices in the county by a mile. And they're super friendly and quick to respond to emails and all questions. I'm really happy I chose this place instead of others.
