I can say 5 years ago best dentist office I ever attended but as of today worst customer service I ever experienced 1. I called to let them know I’d be a minute late and they had me on hold and as I walked into the office no one was on the phone and there was only person in front of me 2. they will hang up on you if they dont want to put you on hold 3.
