Simply amazing! I have never felt so accepted and encouraged to work out as I do at Crossfit Repo! We are a family and are constantly pushing and encouraging each other to do better! The instructors are awesome as well and take the time to help you with technique, form and to challenge you :) I am definitely stronger than I ever thought I could be! :)
