Very nice friendly place to get a WOD in. Friendly knowledgeable staff. Cheap drop in price. Was about 4 hours from my home box and these guys made me feel as if I was at home. Nice clean facility. Thanks and I will definitely return on my next business trip in the area.

Hear the word “CrossFit” and want to run and grab garlic and a cross, have no fear! Finally tried this place out as a Drop-in and noticed the following; The workouts are intense but fun.
