I had 3 sides of a fence installed in 2007 by Cross. In 2023, after being slid into multiple times by multiple lawnmower guys, it is still standing and in pretty good condition, though my gate had loosened up in the process. So when my neighbor's wooden fence fell apart, I went to Cross to have the fourth side added. The representative that came out to do it was named Jason.
