I've been seeing Dr. Shields for decades and have also recently had the pleasure of working with Dr. Ben on one of our cats. Both are GREAT! They explain things clearly and take the time to lead you through treatments. They have responded to scared phone calls and rushed visits with grace and empathy. The entire staff is simply the best. Period.
My experience with Dr. Shields goes back nearly 30 years. All my pets have been cared for in the most professional, yet loving, manner. He and his son both not only practice medicine they provide a gentle, loving touch to each and every patient! I would not take my little "children" to anyone else!
