Lots of Issues in 10 months: 1) Apartment was not make ready: clogged drains, patchwork paint on walls were a different color from the other walls, counters dirty 2) Horrible parking unless you paid for covered parking 3) Maintenance workers would come promptly, but would bring in dirt and cigarette butts on shoes 4) Horrible drainage 5) Dog poop not picked up 6) Changing gym pass codes without informing tenants 7) Major issues with toilets overflowing after a heavy rain 8) Charging for carpet cleaning and not sending invoic... read more
Maintenance has turned into a joke! Clubhouse looks nice but the residents have to deal with mud everywhere and fallen trees that take 2 weeks to clean up.
Is the worst place to work And for a live is a bad place too
Moved from out of state and I could not of picked a better place, great location and wonderful staff, Also monthly activities adds a special touch.
